Once the funds have been transferred to our Paypal account - which can take up to 5 days. (Please note : Paypal will remove the funds from your checking immediately and then it takes up to 5 days to hit our Paypal account. Make sure you have the money in your checking account before selecting this option - otherwise your checking account will bounce. )

FREE ITEMS ORDERING :: Orders that have only free items in the shopping cart will NOT be available immediately after order completion. I will activate your downloads within 24hours. No Shipping charges! :: This applies to US shipping ONLY and orders will be shipped via the choice of adminstration. If you require International shipping options or Priority shipping methods, please contact us for price options. We will require additional fees for International shipping and/or Priority/Next Day shipping options.
Paypal payments :: Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) after order completion.
Paypal Echeck payments :: Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday) after order completion.
Credit Card payments :: Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday) after order completion.
Depending on payment option your shipment can take 2 to 14 days to arrive to your address. We will send you an email letting you know how and when your order shipped. Some orders will include a tracking number. If we have a tracking number, we will provide it. ALL orders will have insurance.
RETURN POLICY:
No refunds or returns on digital/downloadable purchases. Sale is final on digital purchases.
No refunds or returns on graphic CD purchases. Sale is final on CD purchases.
No refunds for Customized Gifts/Printed Items. If you unhappy with your order, please still contact us. We will try to resolve the problem in the best way we can. Each situation will be evaluated according to the specifics. But, in general we offer no refunds on customized orders.
Non Customized Gifts (including t-shirts, mousepads, coffee mugs and non customized items), we will offer a 14 day refund policy. This policy date begins the day you receive your item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you an address of where to return the purchased item. You will need to send the item within 3 mailing days from that time and we should receive the returned item within 7 mailing days from the time we sent you return instructions. Items received after 7 days from the time we sent you instructions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you postage due. Once the item (s) is returned to us, we will process it for refund and refund your payment within 5 business days. We will also accept exchange orders within the same time frame of 14 days.
If you receive your order and you are either unhappy with the item(s) or the order is damaged, PLEASE send us an email right away so we can resolve it right away. Inquires after one week of receiving the item (unless you are returning the item) will not be accepted. Please understand, MarloDee Designs is a small business. We believe that one week is enough time to inspect your order and determine if there is a problem with it. We also believe that customer service is priority one. So, we are not saying we will turn you away, but please use common sense when assessing your situation. We will do our best to resolve the issue/problem in the best way possible. If it our fault, of course we will move mountains to solve the problem. If you provide us wrong information, we can not be held accountable. If the package is damaged, we will file a claim or send a new item or offer a refund with return of damaged item.
*** PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DOWNLOADS. If you have downloaded your purchase and are trying to extract but are getting - Invalid File/Package message - PLEASE don't send me an email with anger stating I am trying to cheat you or I am not giving you what you ordered. ALL OF MY FILES ON THIS END ARE WORKING PROPERLY. It is NOT a problem that is resulting from something I did or didn't do.
NOW - to solve this - delete the first downloaded package (the corrupted package) from your hard drive. Then try downloading the package again - you MUST delete the corrupted package otherwise you will just keep getting an error message over and over. Then you should get the package you ordered. Why does this happen? Many reasons - one - there is a mis-communication from the database (my database where the package is sitting) and your computer while you are downloading. It is like a skip on a record (or CD) - and it causes the download to not complete properly. So, it will say it is downloaded when actually it is not. (that is from your computer). Two - there is such a thing as the download goes too fast. Especially if you have high speed internet. This happens to me on occassion. I will try to download from someone's website and it will download faster then it should. Again - a glich. And lastly - if you have dial up internet - there is a thing called a time out. Where the internet connection will determine how much time it should take and if it goes over that time - then it times you out - cuts you off. This can happen with larger packages.
If you are still having troubles - I will have no problem sending (email) the packages to you. Please - do NOT send me a nasty email to do this. Everytime this happens I get a nasty email from a customer. I can understand you are frustrated. I am too - I want you to get your purchases right away. But sending me a nasty email doesn't solve the problem or help any. I am here to serve you - but I don't think I should be treated like I am a criminal and that I can't be trusted.
