These collections are from me {Marlo}. I am adding only a few of each collection in this section - so once they are sold they will not be offered in the Reseller for Reseller program. Please be aware - that I am also offering these collections in my Reseller section (limited quanity) and my retail store (unlimited quanity). I own the rights to these creations and will still use them for my business.
You may sell them on your own sites within the same terms as my reseller sets. I will offer some as limited edition and some as exclusive.
You must provide a link to www.marlodeedesigns.com on all pages that you sell our collections.
You may only sell them on your own site or in your own auctions. NO multi vendor sites (unless you own the site) - no groups/forums. Do NOT share these or add them to a collection, scrap kit, card kit, template or other digital items as is. These MUST be sold (not given away for free) and they must be sold as is - as a clipart collection.
You may not create derivative works from the graphics, such as web sets, auction templates, scrapbook items, rubber stamps, printables, etc. They must be sold as provided.
You may not use these graphics for any type of graphics club or any type of subscription club. And, again - NO Sharing!
These graphics may not be purchased for mass production, by large companies, for publication, for use in software programs or the like. Nor may any purchaser in turn sell these graphics to anyone for mass production, by large companies, for publication, for use in software programs or the like.
We MUST have a current web site and/or auction site on file of where you are selling the graphics.
