With this purchase you will receive :: Set of graphics/clip art shown - sample/preview image you can use - Terms of Use to use and one license (within price) to sell this set retail on your website.
You can sell this retail on 1 (ONE) website, ebay store, blog or etsy store ONLY! NO selling on multiple websites and no selling on multi vendor websites. You may not sell this for less then $3 a collection. You can sell it as a collection or in single graphics (or both). You must sell it as is - no adding graphics to the package - altering the graphics in the package to create a new package. No creating other items to sell with this - such as printables.
You MUST have a live link to my website (which means - your customer must be able to click on my website name that is listed in the product information/description that will send them directly to my website) and state you are a reseller for MarloDee Designs! NO exceptions. Cheryl MUST know where you got the package from and who you are selling for. (if you need help with creating a code - let me know - I will help)
You can sell this retail only on your website. You can NOT sell this to your customers for them to sell on their websites.
You can sell this under personal or commercial use ok terms. You MUST abide by the similar terms of use for Cheryl's work as I do. Which means - you need to explain in your terms to your customers the same terms I have listed...Please visit my Conditions page to sell the terms for Cheryl's clip art. Make sure you get the terms for Cheryl's clip art, because she has different terms then the other artists/designers I have listed.
Cheryl requires for designers/creators to have special licenses if they want to create digital or handmade products to sell on multi vendor websites, for creating printables, websites and scrapbooking. She also has a special commercial license for creating handmade items to sell. You need to make sure your terms are up to date to her terms. You can get these terms from my conditions page or you can visit her website at htt://www.raggedyscrappin.com - Now, your customers CAN create digital products to sell on their websites, etsy store, zazzle store, cafepress store and ebay store without additional licenses.
You will need to service your own customers. Which means you will give them the digital package and answer their questions.
