NOW - Cheryl still requires for you to have a specific license ONLY if you are wanting to sell digital products on a multi vendor store. So, you need to visit her website if you are wanting to create products to sell on Multi Vendor sites and purchase the appropriate license from her. (this includes CraftsUPrint & Card Making site)

You can NOT resell these as is. You MUST make something new and flattened with these items. (by flattened I mean - do NOT provide .psd layered digital products to your customers with clip art in them - they must be made into something new in order to sell digitally). You can NOT claim these as your own works. And, you should provide a credit to the artist some where on the listing/description or in the product package as a note.
