This section contains artwork designed by Marlo/MarloDee Designs. I have various themes listed in this section. These are designs I have used and/or are using in my gifts and printing business. I have decided to package up some of my designs and allow others to use them. You will find some in the reseller section (coming soon) where you can sell them on your website. Yes! You can use these for personal and commercial. You can use them to print and design calendars, posters, greeting cards and other items for yourself, to give as a gift and for your business. Yes! You can make items with these to sell(make money). Yes - you can use them on Zazzle and Cafepress(pls read below). Yes - you can create items from these to sell digitally on your website. Now, if you do this - you have to make something different from my design. You can not sell them as a greeting card front. Or, add a border to them to resell. You have to incorporate my design into your design to make a totally different design in order to sell digitally. Your customer must get a flattened digital image. No layers.

No! You can not resell these as is (see my reseller section for designs you can resell). You can not give these away - add them to a collection or package to sell/or give away (selling in a package is the same as selling it as is). You can not package them up and resell them as greeting card fronts or something titled differently. You can not give this to friends or family for them to use. You can not claim the work as yours. These are my designs - I am the copyright holder of these artwork designs. You can NOT use these to decorate your website, auction template or make buttons or banners out of them. They are NOT to be used on the internet digitally. These are designed for gifts and printing - NOT web design. I do not want someone stealing these designs I worked hard on. Please help me protect them. These artwork designs can NOT be used in mass production lines (printings of more the 500 items per printing) without proper contracts. Please contact me for such contract information.

If you plan on using them on a print on demand site - like Zazzle or Cafepress - please read the following. I am ok with you using them as is to create products for your store. You MUST put credit in the description of each item designed with my artwork. You can NOT just place a credit on the front page of your store or gallery. Credit should read :: Artwork Designed by MarloDee Designs www.marlodeedesigns.com -that should show up in the description along with your product description. Please abide by this policy. I am on both websites(Zazzle and Cafepress) daily. I visit many other print on demands on a weekly basis. Please do not let me find my designs/artwork placed in a gallery or store without proper credit. You are NOT purchasing the exclusive rights to use these. If you woud like to purchase exclusive rights (I will still be the sole owner - but it would grant you the license to be the only designer from that point on to use the design) please use my contact me page to send an inquiry.
